When we started Mosaico Kitchen in the middle of 2020, one of the toughest year for many, it was a time when love and care are extra valuable. Our founders Alma and Federico, both grew up in cultures where family meals are a way of expressing love. With that in mind, we want to help you to get back to bonding with your family as we do with ours, so we’ve done all the hard work in the kitchen for you. We want our delicious products to elevate your home cooked meals, while giving you more time outside the kitchen to spend with the people who matter most.

We source our core ingredients straight from Italy: the highest quality flours, the tastiest San Marzano tomatoes and olives, and the richest pancetta and parmesan cheese. Combine these with our locally sourced vegetables, and we create a melting pot of Hong Kong and Italy directly in your home.
Fresh Egg Pasta - Bronze Pressed
Mosaico’s egg pastas are artisanal and handmade fresh daily using a bronze press. The bronze press creates rustic textures on our pastas, allowing for more of our flavourful sauces to grip on. Your friends and family won’t be able to resist coming back for seconds, when every bite of our dishes is “The Perfect Bite”.

Our sauces are also a step up from what you’ll find in stores — We’ve reduced the water content in our sauces, creating a more intense flavour, and allows you to taste the harmonious combinations of each ingredient. A definite tastier and healthier option for you and your loved ones.
