How can I store product & how long will it last?

Your pasta is freshly made on the day we send out your order, making sure it will arrive at your doorstep fresh and ready to cook. In addition, there is NO preservatives in it, so we suggest to consume your pasta set as soon as possible. You can also follow the storing instructions below:

For Pasta:
  -  Pasta should be consumed within 2 days if stored in the fridge
  -  You can store pasta in the freezer for up to 30days
  -  If frozen, DO NOT defrost pasta before cooking! 

 For Sauce:
  - Sauce can be stored for 1+ months in the fridge, but once opened please consume within 2 days
  -  DO NOT store in the freezer

For Cheese:
  -  Store cheese in the fridge for up to 60 days
  -  Once opened, place cheese into a ziplock bag and store in fridge

For Truffle:
  -  Store in cool/dry place
  -  Once opened, store in fridge and consume within a week

For Special Menu:
  -  Store in fridge and please consume within 2 days  

How do I cook it?

Mosaico Kitchen pasta set is simple and quick to prepare, as long as you have got a pan and boiling water (sometimes an oven), you are all set! 

Easy 5 steps: 

  -  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt and bring to boil. (around 1 tbsp per 2L of water)

  -  2. Add pasta to boiling water and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. (Please check package for cooking time of the pasta)

  -  3. Whilst the pasta cooks, reheat sauce in a saucepan. Add around 30ml of the boiling pasta water for a creamy texture. Gently heat until steaming and then turn off the heat. 

  -  4. Once cooked, drain pasta and add it to the saucepan. Mix gently to coat, add more pasta water if necessary. 

  -  5. Add parmesan cheese for more tastiness. Serve immediately. Enjoy!  

Is there minimum order required for delivery?

No. There is no minimum order required 

Where do you deliver? How much does delivery cost?

We provide door to door delivery service with a professional chilled delivery service.

Service Coverage: 
  -  Hong Kong Island
  -  Kowloon
  -  New Territories
  -  Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Island Areas are NOT included in our service areas 

Service Charge:
  -  Orders under $350 (Delivery Fee: $60)
  -  Orders under $500 (delivery Fee: $35)
  -   Orders above $500 (Free delivery)

Delivery Timeslot:
  -  Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
   - Timeslot 11:00 – 16:00
   - Please inform our customer service if you’d like to request for a specific delivery time.   

What is the order cut off time?

Please place your order through our website by 21:00, 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery day. 

Order cut off Time:
  -  For Delivery on Tuesday: Order cuts off on Sunday 21:00
  -  For Delivery on Wednesday: Order cuts off on Monday 21:00
  -  For Delivery on Friday: Order cuts off on Wednesday 21:00
  -  For Delivery on Saturday: Order cuts off on Thursday 21:00    

How do I pay? 

Payment Methods:
  -  PayMe
  -  FPS
  -  Bank Transfer 

After we have received your order through our website, we will contact you via e-mail or WhatsApp to confirm the order. We will then provide our details for PayMe/FPS/Bank Transfer for you to complete the payment. Please note that we will ONLY ship out your order after we receive the payment. Thank You!  

How do I know if my order went through?

After you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us, and that means your order has reached our system. Our customer service will then contact you via e-mail or WhatsApp as soon as possible (usually within 24hours) to confirm and guide you to complete the payment.
